Yesterday, we celebrated #NationalPistachioDay. I mixed up a milk punch with a homemade pistachio orgeat that I’m, well, nuts over. This was super simple to make but still somehow managed to make a mess. The only tears shed with this one were Writer Tear’s Whiskey cuz there’s no need to cry over… 🥛 SPILLED MILK 😭

Add ingredients to a chilled glass with ice. Stir. Garnish with pistachio dust. *Grind 1 cup pistachios. Dissolve 1 cup sugar in 1 cup water over low heat. Add 1/2 tsp vanilla extract and pistachios and let rest for a few hours. Strain using a fine strainer or cheesecloth.
