I’m a big fan of Dean Martin. I also like the name drinks creatively. I wanted to create a cocktail with a “kick” to it and other flavors still come through after that initial hit from the Portland Syrups Ginger Syrup.

Add all ingredients to a shaker and add a scoop of pebble ice. Shake until chilled about eight seconds. Dirty dump into a rocks glass. Top with more ice if needed.
