Tried something new the other day - made an apple-forward cocktail that utilized the unique flavors of Absinthe. Had me wishing for some picking now but alas, I’ve got months until I am next able. But the days are getting longer, the drinks are getting tastier, and the signs of Spring shall soon abound. Happy weekend!
