This cocktail was created by Meaghan Dorman and it’s a riff on the Mai Tai. This riff subs out the standard orange liqueur for Amaro Averna.

.5 oz

.75 oz
Lime Juice

Combine all ingredients into a shaking tin with one cube. Shake until the cube has dissolved. Fill a double old fashioned glass (12oz) with pebble ice. Open pour contents of the shaking tin into the filled glassware. Garnish with a lime wheel and grated nutmeg.
