This thing was popping up all over my social media. I took a look at the original specs and thought, that while it had promise, it needed some updating. So here is my version of the Derby Daiquiri.

Combine Saline Solution, Lime Acid Adjuster, Orange Juice, and Sugar Mix in a shaker tin. Using a milk frother, blend until sugar has dissolved. Add Tiki Lovers White Rum, 2 small ice cubes, and one large ice cube. Shake for 12-15 seconds. Double strain into a chilled Nick & Nora (6 oz).
