Aperol Coconut Sour

Submitted on: May 5, 2024
This delicious and creamy cocktail tastes like a creamsicle with just a bit of bitterness from the Aperol. This will be a perfect drink for a hot summer day. Make sure to use coconut cream, rather than coconut milk; the coconut cream gives it the sweetness needed to balance the drink.

Editor's Note
Aperol and gin meet coconut cream in this tropical-leaning sour. The dry-shake technique ensures a velvety, foam-topped finish.
