Here's another drink from my "101 Cocktail to Try Before You Die" book. This one is super simple, but a really wonderful twist on the classic sour-type cocktail. I used the amazing orgeat I got from B G Reynolds which added so much depth and enjoyment.

Add ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake until chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
