Barbara West Cocktail

Hello friends! Tonight, I have a Barbara West Cocktail, which is unfortunately named but still fairly delicious. Combining gin and sherry for a sour cocktail, this drink is a little bit nutty from the sherry with a good herbaceousness from the gin shining through. There was nice tartness from the lemon juice, and this was tied all together with the Angostura Bitters. Overall, this was a pretty solid drink, and I would probably make it again with a different sherry to see the results. Cheers!

Editor's Note
Empress 1908 gin meets dry sherry in this crisp, botanical-forward sour. A lemon twist adds the final aromatic lift to this dry, sophisticated sipper.
