Not ready to let the strawberry moon go just yet? Try a BLOOD MOON. This was an original by Evie Negri-Albert but we’ve shaken it up a bit by serving more margarita-style, it in a double rocks glass with plenty of 2-cm clear ice cubes. We did have the disco inferno bitters in the house 🪩 🔥 but if you don’t have that this works great with homemade Jalapeño-infused mezcal, or you may even have some spicy @ghosttequila on hand that’s just screaming for some strawberry blood! Doppelganger

Rim a rocks glass with black salt. Char a strawberry with a kitchen torch and mount on a cocktail skewer. Fill the glass with small clear ice cubes. Shake up all other ingredients and double-strain into the glass.

Smoky mezcal and strawberry meet their savory match in a red miso and bell pepper syrup. A black salt rim and charred berry garnish complete this inventive, umami-rich sour.
