Hello friends! Today there was a total solar eclipse that was visible for most of the contiguous United States, which happens once in a blue moon, so it was fitting that I have a Blue Moon cocktail. This drink is very similar to an Aviation but calls for crème de violette rather than maraschino and has a light floral note as opposed to the fruity notes that the Aviation has.
