Brooklyn (Original Recipe)

Much like its namesake borough, the Brooklyn cocktail has become increasingly more popular, continuing to gain on its sister borough and cocktail the Manhattan. Traditionally this cocktail is made with 1/4 oz Amer Picon or China China. This can be hard to find in the states, so we substitute it with Angostura Bitters.
