Name comes from a google search - “paintings with pears in it”. From what I can tell, Paul Cézanne had some apples and pears laying around and painted them. I can neither confirm or deny any hidden meaning in all this - if you find enlightenment from this story, cheers 🤙

I'm just a guy who, like most people two years go, found himself with a lot free time and a bar full of odds and ends and figured out he liked making cocktails while in quarantine! I love to cook and experiment in the kitchen, this seemed like the next great frontier to scratch that creative itch!...

Editor's Note
Apple brandy and bourbon anchor this autumn-inspired buck. Vanilla and cinnamon bitters add a warm, spiced finish to the orchard-fruit base.

This sounds like a wonderful way to celebrate the season! Do you have a favorite brand of pear juice you recommend for this, or do you prefer to juice them fresh?
