Made for National Tequila Day 2023 When I shared my goldenberry daiquiri, someone told me that they also make a great margarita. I’m sure that’s true, so if you want to make one, check that recipe, swap tequila for rum, and add some Cointreau. For my Tequila Day offering, I went in a bit of a different direction. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake well. Strain into a tall, skinny glass filled with cracked ice. Garnish with goldenberries on a yellow heart pick, and a lime wedge.

Editor's Note

Goldenberry oleo saccharum brings a bright, tropical acidity to this reposado-based sour. A touch of saline and plum liqueur adds depth to the finish.
