Carajillo This one has been requested frequently so let me show you how to make this very easy and very delicious Spanish cocktail. I do this two ways: the most common way and the way I like to whip one up which is closer to the style of an espresso martini….but better 👀. Save for future reference and see which style you prefer. Cheers!

Carajillo: 1.5oz licor 43 Espresso shot Garnish: orange zest Carajillo Martini: 1.5oz licor 43 1oz tequila reposado Espresso shot 2 dashes orange bitters Garnish: orange zest
Editor's Note
Licor 43 and fresh espresso create a velvety, vanilla-forward classic. The Martini riff adds reposado tequila for an earthy, spice-driven finish.

This is such a fantastic, reliable classic! The Martini variation sounds like a great way to add a little extra depth to the drink. Thanks for sharing both methods!
