Introducing Coconut Tears—a rich and indulgent take on a whiskey cocktail. I used Writers’ Tears Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey, a touch of caramel syrup, and finished it off with a Supercoco Tirudito coconut and caramel candy for the perfect garnish. It’s smooth, slightly sweet, and has just the right amount of decadence. A little bit of comfort in a glass! Who else loves a good whiskey and caramel combo?
