Coffee Pineapple Whisky Sour

Coffee and pineapple, you say? Absolutely. These flavors truly go perfectly together, like peanut butter and jelly. This utilizes the pineapple cordial we made in a previous video (check that out if you need to) and a lovely bottle of whisky sent to us from the amazing team at Stalk & Barrel. That’s not a typo, btw. Whisky (without the “e”) is Canadian, Scottish, or Japanese, and in this case, it is Canadian. Give this baddy a spin and let me know what you think! Cheers!

Coffee and pineapple collide in this tropical-leaning sour. The house-made coconut-pineapple cordial provides a lush, velvety base for the Canadian whisky.

This sounds so delicious. And love the sound of that cordial.

This sounds like such a fun and unique flavor combination! Do you have any recommendations for a specific style of coffee liqueur that works best with the pineapple notes?
