This is the Piña Colada's Twin with a bad attitude and terrible habits. The rum is more aggressive and not overshadowed by Cream of Coconut. The fresh pineapple juice and raspberry syrup boost the fruit flavors in this cocktail, while being rounded off by a generous amount of Peychaud's bitters over the top.

The Spicy Pineapple

Combine all of the ingredients in a shaker with ice except for the Peychaud's bitters. Shake until chilled. Double strain into a hurricane glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with pineapple fronds and top with more crushed ice, if necessary, before topping with Peychaud’s bitters.
