This drink highlights a delicious flavored vodka featuring coconut, lychee, and jasmine. There are floral notes from the gin and amaro that balance nicely with the citrusy depth of lime and pomelo, and the whole thing reads just slightly tropical.

For the oleo: combine equal parts by weight of pomelo peel and cane sugar; muddle and refrigerate overnight. Combine sugar with equal weight of water, bottle & refrigerate. For the drink: combine all ingredients, shake until chilled, strain over ice, garnish and enjoy.
