This drink was inspired by the neon-green pollen that has been plaguing Texas this spring. It's a gin sour highball with a floral profile supported by an herbal-forward backbone and topped with sparkling rosé. It's delicious, potent, and dangerously crushable!

I love trying new ingredients, learning new techniques, and of course, creating new cocktails-- especially ones influenced by food in some way. I also love the photography/videography side of things. I’m incredibly passionate about my craft but try not to take myself too seriously. Cheers!...

Editor's Note
Floral gin meets the herbal bite of Green Chartreuse in this spring-inspired highball. Sparkling rosé provides a crisp, effervescent finish to the melon-forward profile.
