Curaçao Punch

Submitted on: June 27, 2024
Hello friends! Tonight, I have another punch drink, this time featuring orange curaçao. I used orange curaçao from Pierre Ferrand, and it had a lovely orange flavor. The Cognac and Jamaican Rum gave a nice little funk to this drink, and it was well-rounded by the lemon juice and sugar. The soda water here added a bright effervescence to this delightful drink! This one would be fun to scale up for a summer shindig and turned out to be quite nice. Cheers!

Editor's Note
Jamaican rum and Cognac provide a funky, rich base, though the Curaçao-heavy profile leans sweet. Increase the lemon juice to sharpen the finish.
