I love trying new ingredients, learning new techniques, and of course, creating new cocktails-- especially ones influenced by food in some way. I also love the photography/videography side of things. I’m incredibly passionate about my craft but try not to take myself too seriously. Cheers!...

Editor's Note
A Black Manhattan riff that bridges the gap between Sazerac and citrus-forward aperitifs. Cognac and paw-paw liqueur provide a unique, layered base, finished with a subtle coffee-bean stir.

This sounds like a fantastic Father's Day treat! The combination of paw-paw liqueur and coffee beans is such a unique touch—do you have a favorite source for the paw-paw liqueur, or is it something you've sourced locally?
