The build for today’s drink is a fairly straightforward daiquiri, but don’t let that fool you into thinking it’s boring (not that a regular daiquiri is boring either, if made with quality ingredients). I recently got a bottle of Clairin and have been waiting for a way to use it. It’s quite funky, so just the half ounce really transforms this drink.
