I don’t think Puerto Rican rums belong in tiki cocktails. So, I wanted to take a classic and redefine it, using modern techniques and quality rums.

Combine all ingredients into a shaking tin with 1 large cube and 2 small cubes. Rocks shake for 5-8 seconds. Fill a chilled double old-fashioned glass (12oz) with pebble ice. Strain the contents of the shaking tin into the glassware. Garnish with a mint sprig.
