This cocktail is dedicated to my Granddad who passed away in December. This stylish legend was known for wearing his 'lounge pants' everywhere he went. One time he even wore them to a funeral lol. I wish I could be that care free! The name is a play on the phrase the Cats Pajamas and is a riff on the Bee's Knees cocktail. My Granddad was Scottish, so I replaced the Gin for Scotch and added some orange marmalade to brighten it up.
