Pink port? Yes indeed! The pink color is achieved by letting the grapes sit skin on for a maximum of 12 hours, resulting in a light pink juice. It’s light and refreshing, with notes of raspberries, grapefruit and honey. I didn’t want to overpower the delicate port, so I went super simple with my ingredient choices. It’s such a delicate cocktail, it would be perfect for a shower, bridal luncheon or tea party. Cheers y’all!!

Hi there! I've been a bartender at the same restaurant for over 10 years. My favorite spirits to work with are rum (love a good tiki drink!), gin and amaros. I love to garden and I often use the herbs and produce I grow to make syrups and infusions. Cheers y'all! ...

Editor's Note
Rose port provides a delicate, berry-forward base that shines against bright citrus. Sage syrup adds an herbal backbone that elevates this refreshing sour.

This sounds fantastic. What are your specs for your syrup?
