Tropical drinks remind me of tropical resorts. And we've certainly had the tropical heat here on the East Coast. So, what better excuse to enjoy this gem on my balcony, overlooking the greens, on my new chair....in the dang blazing heat. At least the glass is cold. And thanks to Denizen Rum, I put together the perfect blend of rum and peach and mint.

- 1-2 ozReeds Ginger Beer

Muddle fresh peach and strawberry mint in simple syrup. Then add the three liquids and ice, and shake. Pour into a hurricane glass over ice, topping with Reed's Craft Ginger Beer and garnishing with peach and mint.
