Here's another Tiki-fied Manhattan Riff using the coffee infused Sherry that I had made for a Negroni variation that is still in the works. Coffee and banana is such a great combo, and it works beautifully with the nutty Sherry and rich aged rums to create this dark spirit forward cocktail

- 0.5 ozCoffee Infused Amontillado Sherry

A home enthusiast with a passion for all things tiki! Rum is my favourite poison, but I also love Whiskey, Brandy and just about every other spirit. I'm fairly new to cocktail making but I quickly fell in love with it and enjoy the pursuit of finding my new favourite libation. Cheers! ...

Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass. Garnish with a brandied cherry.
Editor's Note
A Manhattan goes tropical. A three-rum base brings funk and caramel, while coffee-infused sherry and banana liqueur create a complex, spirit-forward sipper.
