Hello friends! Tonight I have a whiskey lemonade drink using some amazing rye whiskey I received from Ruddell's Mill as part of The Crafted Pour's Tastemaker Program! Rye has long been my favorite whiskey expression due to the peppery nature of the spirit, and I feel that this characteristic pairs quite well with lemonade. Mix the whiskey, simple syrup, and lemon juice in an iced cocktail shaker and shake. Strain into a large bar glass that is half filled with crushed ice. Add the curaçao. Top with lemonade.
