Someone had posted the old-school Fu Manchu cocktail in a Facebook group recently. This bright green cocktail grabbed my attention. So, I thought, what if we took it and mashed it up with a Mojito? It’s similar flavor profiles and I figured it would turn out pretty well.

Combine all ingredients into a Soda Stream bottle. Carbonate. Fill a chilled Collins glass (12 oz) with cubed ice. Pour the contents of the Soda Stream bottle down the side. Garnish with a mint sprig. Serve with a straw.
