I mean, who doesn’t love gin and lemonade? Kicked up the lemon profile in this baby, and the results were amazing. So tart. So bright. So tasty. The perfect “I wish it were summer’ joint, right here in a sparkly glass. Ok - time to think of Super Bowl cocktails. I’m thinking whiskey, but we shall see!

Shake the gin, limoncello, and lemonade with ice. Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice. Add the grenadine, top with Sparkling Ice, and garnish with a lemon slice.
