So, I got this outstanding Irish Whiskey from Writers Tears Whiskey and coincidentally, Liquor.com posted an article titled "20 Irish Whiskey Cocktails to Try Right Now" which seemed like destiny! Anyone who knows me knows about my love for the "Vieux Carré", so this drink seemed like a good place to start!
