After a bit of a holiday hiatus, I’m back with a new cocktail recipe. Still sticking with the winter vibes, this drink combines allspice and blackberry along with bitter orange to team up with the amazing flavor profile of a pechuga mezcal, which brings its own delicate bouquet of warm botanicals. A touch of aged brandy adds richness and warmth, making this one a perfect sip for these chilly nights.

I love trying new ingredients, learning new techniques, and of course, creating new cocktails-- especially ones influenced by food in some way. I also love the photography/videography side of things. I’m incredibly passionate about my craft but try not to take myself too seriously. Cheers!...

Editor's Note
Pechuga mezcal meets cognac and amaro, while blackberry and allspice dram give this winter‑spiced fruit sour its distinctive depth.
