We’ve deconstructed the classic French 75 cocktail and added a Caorunn twist to create the Highland 75. This serve combines the fresh, clean notes of Gin Master’s Cut with fruity, floral ingredients and is topped off with a splash of Champagne. The Highland 75 is an exceptionally balanced and well-crafted drink which ingeniously reflects the quality of the spirit.

Editor's Note
Caorunn Gin and Cocchi Americano anchor this orchard-inspired riff on the French 75. Pressed apple juice adds a crisp, clean acidity that pairs perfectly with a dry Champagne finish.
