Happy New Year! Who’s ready for some fireworks? How about some Hawaiian fireworks? Hawaii’s Kīlauea volcano has been erupting on the Big Island for the past couple of weeks and I’m incredibly jealous of those that get to see it in person. Add ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake. Strain into a chilled rocks glass filled with ice. Smoke wood chips using a smoker and briefly cover the drink. Garnish with black lava sea salt.
