The second offering from Fiero, the Serrano Tequila takes spice levels down a notch from the Habanero Tequila and that’s a fantastic thing if you love your spice but like it to be more subtle. The tequila itself has all the makings of a good bottle, it’s earthy with a good amount of pepper flavor, not just the spiciness. The best use of the bottle is for mixing into cocktails; sipping neat might take some cutting with agave syrup and maybe an expression of an orange peel.
