I have never really been a tropical kinda gal. I’ve come around after some lovely vacations in Hawaii and Jamaica. Living in SoCal with all the palm trees and beaches has helped as well. I think I am more of a tropical cocktail gal than a tropical beach gal. Perhaps I need to travel a bit more to sunny destinations to really see where I land. Place large ice ball in glass to temper and chill. Add ingredients minus soda to shaker with ice. Shake 15 seconds. Fine strain into chilled glass over ice. Top with soda. No garnish.
