We are still sitting under too much snow here in NE Kansas from snow over two weeks ago. Weird. So, after sampling my bottle of Borsci to get an idea of the flavor profile (Borsci and tonic = highly recommend), I wanted to go a tropical route, so at least pretend that I’m somewhere tropical!
