Refreshing

It’s been awhile since I’ve made a drink with ginger beer (a buck), and I forgot how tasty and refreshing they can be. I don’t know if this one is overly “holiday” in flavors, though the tropical leanings are welcome as the temperature drops. Pineapple + ginger and pineapple + Campari are great, and the Irish whiskey backbone is a perfect complement while also not overtaking these flavors. I’m excited to share a few holiday-themed posts for the rest of the month, so stay tuned!
