This excellent composition was made by Steve The Bartender and has a great balance of bergamot and strawberry. A superb summer cocktail that is super easy to make! Steve's original recipe clearly says a heaped teaspoon of strawberry jam, but you can easily add even more if you want it a bit sweeter, in my opinion.
