Lenten Rose

Submitted on: April 13, 2024
Spring is in the air. The sun is shining, and my gardens are starting to show life. One of the first to bloom each year are the beautiful Lenten roses. This light spring drink is in honor of them—the blessing they are to me and my garden when we’ve been dealing with winter for so long. The cocktail is light, bright, refreshing, and very tasty. Enjoy.

Editor's Note
Blood orange and floral gin meet in this bright, spring-inspired sour. A delicate, aromatic sipper that highlights the season's first blooms.
