I created this one after tasting a new bottle of absinthe— @absinthiasbottledspirits kindly sent a bottle of their Blanche expression, and it’s honestly one of my favorites. I love trying new ingredients, learning new techniques, and of course, creating new cocktails-- especially ones influenced by food in some way. I also love the photography/videography side of things. I’m incredibly passionate about my craft but try not to take myself too seriously. Cheers!...

Editor's Note
Blanche absinthe meets chocolate‑mint syrup, then a Fernet Branca float—creating a bright citrus base that deepens into herbaceous darkness.

This sounds like a fascinating flavor combination! Do you happen to have the recipe for that house-made chocolate mint syrup so others can try making it?
