I was looking to use some of my bottle of Trader Vic’s Macadamia Nut Syrup.

Ingredients

2 (dasher bottle) dash(es)
Angostura Aromatic Bitters

1 oz
Lime Juice

3 oz
Pineapple Juice

.75 oz
Trader Vic’s Macadamia Nut Syrup

.75 oz
Smith & Cross Traditional Jamaica Rum

1.25 oz
Hamilton 86 Rum

This Bird Had Flown

Do not dry shake. Whip shake until you cannot hear the ice. Add all ingredients to the small tin and about 2oz of crushed/pebble ice to larger tin. Whip shake until you cannot hear the ice. Dump into a tall cocktail glass (zombie, Collin’s) and top with pebble ice and garnish with mint.
