Mai Tai

An absolutely, classic drink that you’ve certainly heard of, but might not know how to make. The key to a good Mai tai is a good orgeat (almond syrup). Making your own syrups is fun and easy, but Orgeat is a bit more labor-intensive. Which is why I like to opt for a high-quality ready-made option. Get your ingredients together, smack some mint around, and whip one up! Cheers!

Editor's Note
A balanced, classic Tiki staple. The nutty orgeat and dry curaçao provide the essential depth to complement the aged rum's caramel notes.
