Hello friends! Tonight on Whisky Wednesday, I have a nearly-forgotten highball that is closer to a Moscow Mule made with Scotch, or a "Scotch & Ginger." Using only 3 ingredients, this has more flavor than a traditional Moscow Mule, and I used my favorite ginger ale for this drink. Vernors is a local Michigan ginger ale, and it is considered a golden ginger ale, which has warmer ginger flavor than a dry ginger ale such as Canada Dry or Schweppes.
