Negroni Sbagliato
Submitted on: September 20, 2022
This spritz-style version of the Negroni is a summer favourite of mine. Sbagliato means “mistaken” and the story is that a Milanese bar owner mistook a bottle of sparkling wine for gin while preparing a Negroni.

Editor's Note
The 'mistaken' Negroni swaps gin for Prosecco, transforming the spirit-forward classic into a lighter, bubbly aperitivo. Campari's bitterness remains, now lifted by crisp, effervescent fruit notes.
