New York Sour
Submitted on: May 17, 2022
I'm really enjoying these grape nectar syrups from Domaine Sante, and a couple weeks back made this fantastic extra-wine-y edition of a New York Sour using their All-Sass syrup! On the rare occasion that we have "leftover" red wine, this is the perfect drink.

Shake and strain all ingredients except the red wine over fresh ice. Float the red wine on top.
Editor's Note
Grape nectar replaces simple syrup, adding a deep, vinous sweetness that bridges the bourbon and the red wine float. A sophisticated, fruit-forward take on the classic sour.
