Empress Negroni

It's been a minute since I've made a negroni! Last time I used Empress gin in one, followed traditional specs and it still looked pretty red because, you know, Campari. For this one I subbed in Bitter Bianco and Lillet Rose and got that purple color I was hoping for! A perfect spring negroni.

- 1 ozEmpress 1908 Gin
- 1 ozLillet Rose
- 1 ozLuxardo Bitter Bianco Liqueur
