Imbibe recently posted this recipe. It immediately caught our eye for using simple, yet flavorful ingredients. The recipe calls for a high-proof Bourbon we decided to substitute this for high-proof Irish Whisky. We used Writers Tears Single Pot and let me tell you....it was delicious.
