Ingredients
- 1.25Cut Above Whiskey
- 0.5Lime Cordial 1.0 Pho Simple Syrup
- 3 dropsLiquid Aminos (ex. Braggs)
- 3 oz
- Cocktail Ice
- Bouquet Garni Of Thai Basil And Cilantro, Cinnamon, Star Anise, And Red Jalapeno

Add all ingredients except Topo Chico to shaker with ice. Shake and then double strain into a lowball with ice. Garnish with Maraschino cherries. *Standard pho spice blend, dry toasted then crushed. Add it to double the water needed for the syrup and let cook on low heat or sous vide until infused throughly.
