Tiki Tuesday anyone? Does this qualify as tiki? We’ll say yes. Whatever you call it, it’s a delicious drink. Yes, it has 7 ingredients but it’s not particularly complicated to make. The base is a nice malty blend of Genever and Irish whiskey, which is a great starting point to support the pear brandy. These flavors are complemented by spiced rum, a delicious vanilla syrup (gifted from @bgreynolds), and a touch of Cynar. Aromas of orange and peat make this one complex and a lot of fun.
